REL!VE – Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques

The Stress Management & Relaxation Workshop was successfully held on October 10, 2025 at the University Premises from 4:30 AM onwards. The session was conducted by Ms. Imashi Sandeepika and this interactive workshop aimed to promote mental health and holistic wellbeing among students by introducing effective techniques for managing stress, improving emotional balance, and practicing mindfulness. Participants engaged in relaxation exercises, open discussions, and guided mindfulness activities that encouraged self-awareness and inner peace. The event created a positive and calming atmosphere, reminding everyone of the importance of taking time to Pause. Breathe. REL!VE.
